Participants have the option of paying in US or Canadian Dollars. Participants who choose to pay in US dollars will be issued an invoice and can only pay by cheque.
The registration fees include all summit materials, publications and meals
outlined in the program agenda. The registration fees do not include hotel or
travel costs.
