The complimentary category requires registrants to enter an individual pass code that will be sent to them by the Summit Coordinator upon confirming their participation in the conference. |

Notes for Abstract Applicants

Complimentary registration will be provided to one (primary) presenting author per accepted abstract.

Abstract applicants are requested to wait until they are notified of their abstract acceptance on
June 15, 2011, before completing a registration fee payment.

Individuals who submit abstracts to the Summit will only be required to complete payment of the registration fee if: (1) Their abstract is not accepted for presentation at the Summit; or (2) They are not the primary presenting author of an accepted abstract.
Registration Information

Participants have the option of paying in US or Canadian Dollars.

Registration includes all summit materials, publications, meals outlined in the program agenda and full access to all Summit sessions and poster exhibits. The registration fees do not include hotel or travel costs.

There are no daily attendance fees for any of the registration categories.

If you complete your registration fee payment by credit card, Pay Pal will send an automated email receipt to the credit card holder. If you wish to pay by check, an invoice will be sent to you by email. Once your check has been received by the OHTN, a receipt will be sent to you by email.
